LA and end of CCM

Finally made it to LA! After a long time spent at the CCM I made it to LA. Although the elevations may have changed and the humidity but the heat has not haha. I left the CCM right when I was getting settled in and comfortable so it's a little hard out here.

Sunday: Today was my last Sunday in the CCM and it went by crazy fast. When I first got there I thought it was going to take forever, pero, I did it. In the devotional today I learned some pretty unique things and metaphors. 1) Be happy with the almosts 2) This isn't a sacrifice, this is an opportunity. 3) Control the Controllables 4) Do things intentionally. 5) Be a dry sponge 6) Be Bold!!!

7) Do and celebrate the little wins each day. 8) You can't fill your spiritual bucket if it's full, empty it out unto others so you can refill it. 9) Rise again and again. 10) without a happy, positive and uplifting mindset, you will never do well and grow. Don't have negative mindsets and enjoy this time because you can never get this time back. 11) Love determines what we seek, what we seek determines what we think and do, what we think and do determines who we are and what we will become.

Monday: Monday was my last Monday there, and it was probably one of the best Mondays there. I was cranking out haircuts that night and we stayed. Me and elder Davis played a game called "What are the odds" I've done it before so it was fun.

Tuesday: Tuesday I had my last devotional in the CCM. Me and elder Johnson came up with a pretty awesome analogy too. When I go to the gym I work until failure. When I work until failure I need a spotter to help me finish my reps. Jesus can be our spotter in real life to barely tap the "bar" in our daily lives which is like spotters do in the gym. For Jesus to help us, they ask us to try our best every day. When we feel like we can't keep going, that's when he will step in and help us finish overcoming our difficulties.

Wednesday: Today was super emotional because it was the last day in the CCM with all of our district. Saying goodbye was actually pretty hard. I actually cried cause it felt like I was saying goodbye to my family and friends again. I do miss those guys and everyone there but they are doing great things out in the field right now.

I was so busy traveling that I haven't journaled since but I didn't sleep for more than 36 hours and was super tired. I also got sick once I got to LA probably from the airport Food I was eating. My P-Days are on Mondays so I won't get to write until next Monday but by then I'll have a ton more adventures.
